The Fani Studio is named after Fani, Johannes' grandmother. She remained the heart and soul of the house well into old age and welcomed guests to the Thierburg more than fifty years ago. The magnificent 18th-century Baroque stucco ceiling, which still defines the studio today, also served as the inspiration for the current logos of the Thierburg and Kaffeehaus Lichtenthurn, linking the history of the house with its present.

Located on the second floor, the studio combines historic living culture with contemporary comfort. Historic 19th-century furniture, original wooden floors and carefully selected furnishings give the space its distinctive character. A particular highlight is the freestanding bathtub located within the living area. The restored historic washbasins have been carefully preserved and complemented with contemporary designer fittings.

The fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioning and lovingly preserved historical details make the Fani Studio a truly special retreat. It is ideal for couples wishing to experience the unique atmosphere and history of the house, while also offering sufficient space for families with up to two children. Through an interconnecting door, the studio can be combined with the neighbouring Hans Loft to create a larger accommodation unit.

The Christl Suite is named after a member of the previous generation of the family. This two-storey suite combines the historic atmosphere of the Ansitz with contemporary comfort. On the lower level, located on the second floor, guests will find the fully equipped kitchenette and living area, while the double bed is situated in the open attic space, accessible via an internal staircase.

New elements crafted from local larch wood and generous roof windows create a unique atmosphere and offer beautiful views of the starry sky.

The garden-facing location makes the Christl Suite a particularly peaceful retreat. The “Longes Zimmer” Suite (long room) still bears the name given to it by earlier generations of the family, inspired by its distinctive elongated shape. Located on the first floor and facing southwest, the suite is characterized by its bright and welcoming atmosphere. High ceilings, original wooden floors and carefully selected furniture from the first half of the 20th century give it a unique and unmistakable character.

Thanks to its sunny southwest orientation, the suite is filled with natural light throughout the day. With its barrier-free layout, fully equipped kitchenette and additional sleeper chair, it is particularly suited to couples and families with one child.

The Heini Loft is named after its former resident and owner of the house, Johannes' father. This two-storey loft uniquely combines the historic fabric of the Ansitz with contemporary comfort. On the lower level, located on the second floor, historic 19th-century furniture, original wooden floors and restored historic washbasins with modern designer fittings create a distinctive atmosphere.

An internal staircase leads to the open attic level, which has been newly designed using local larch wood. Large roof windows open up views of the sky and allow guests to admire the stars at night.

Located on the garden side of the house, the Heini Loft offers the feeling of living surrounded by nature, thanks in part to the magnificent old plane tree just outside the windows. With a double bed on the lower level and two single beds upstairs, the loft is particularly suitable for families with children as well as guests who appreciate generous and exceptional living spaces.
