Who we are

On the ground floor you'll find a green garden with a simple pool, a café open morning, lunch and evening (except Tuesdays) and 8 suites, each with its own character.

We offer our suites – some with their own kitchen – on a bed and breakfast basis only. No half board, no obligations. Mornings are yours to do with as you please. We'd naturally recommend our café for a freshly prepared breakfast to start the day just right. Come evening, we'll point you in the direction of the best spots in town. And the best part? Merano town centre is just a five-minute walk away.

Good to know

Once your booking is confirmed, we ask for a deposit of 40% of the total amount. Your reservation becomes binding from the moment payment is received. Book directly for a minimum of 3 nights, 180 days in advance, and we'll reward you with an early bird discount of 3%.

Your stay includes accommodation, parking and use of the garden and pool.

There is no statutory right of withdrawal – however, we offer the following cancellation terms: up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge. From 30 to 4 days before arrival: 50%. Within 3 days of arrival, in the event of a no-show or early departure: 100% of the total amount.
