What to expect
On the ground floor you'll find a green garden with a simple pool, a café open morning und lunch (Wednesday closed) and 8 suites, each with its own character. Free parking even though we are right in the city center.
We offer our suites – with their own kitchen – either on an accommodation-only basis or with breakfast in our Kaffeehaus. No half board, no obligations. Mornings are yours to do with as you please. We'd naturally recommend our café for a freshly prepared breakfast to start the day just right. Come evening, we'll point you in the direction of the best spots in town. And the best part? Merano town centre is just a five-minute walk away.

To secure your reservation, a deposit of 40% of the total price is required. The deposit will, of course, be deducted from the total amount. In the event of cancellation, the agreed cancellation policy applies regardless of whether any payment has already been made.. Book directly for a minimum of 3 nights, 180 days in advance, and we'll reward you with an early bird discount of 3%.
There is no statutory right of withdrawal – however, we offer the following cancellation terms: up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge. From 30 to 4 days before arrival: 50%. Within 3 days of arrival, in the event of a no-show or early departure: 100% of the total amount.
